My eyesight condition presents me with a unique opportunity to get to know each score I work on in minute detail working by ear and memory.

Recent MD credits include the opening of the National Theatre River Stage Festival, A Theatre Near You at the Oxford Playhouse hosted by Marcus Brigstocke and feat. Stephen Fry, Gershwin's Strike Up The Band (Upstairs at the Gatehouse) and the last two Oxford Playhouse pantomimes. I was nominated for an Offie award for my work as MD/Orchestrator on Strike Up The Band.

In 2017-18 I was the MD of popular drag group DENIM  (Edinburgh, Latitude, Soho Theatre, Almeida Theatre, Comedy Central Live, Underbelly Southbank and festivals in Florence and Utrecht) working alongside United Agents. I also completed a highly successful run as AMD of The Little Death Club a cabaret/circus show which was the 9th best-reviewed show of the Edinburgh Fringe.

Other MD credits include four runs of NewsRevue (the world's longest running comedy show satirising the week's top news stories) at the Canal Cafe Theatre; and one-woman play Sirens of the Silver Screen by Beth Burrows featuring Hollywood favourites from Judy Garland, Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe.

During my time at Oxford I was the MD of the popular all-male a cappella group Out of the Blue which toured all over the world performing concerts and engaging in educational outreach. During my tenure the group also won the Voice-Festival UK competition with a personal award for outstanding arrangements, released a 7m-hit Shakira music video, and raised over £15,000 for the children's hospice Helen & Douglas House in Oxford.
