In the studio...

Bobby's acute musical ear, high standards for detail and patient, collaborative approach make him well suited to life in the recording studio. He has just completed a commission by Dolby Atmos in collaboration with the New Radiophonic Workshop to compose the album Sound of a Masterpiece, re-imagining seven iconic works of art through the medium of immersive audio. The collaboration was carried out mostly remotely, with recording and mixing sessions at the historicSnap Studios and RAK Studios, London.
He produced from scratch in his home studio the hugely varied dance score for the Strictly spin-off Amy & Carlos: Reborn (UK Tour) ranging from Lady Gaga to Benny Goodman to Tina Turner using a mix of sampled and live instruments and backing vocals.
As producer, Bobby has worked on a number of albums with Decca Records including The Lost Songs of St. Kilda conducted by Sir James MacMillan, and Gareth Malone's A Very British Christmas . He continues to work with independent artists in studios around the UK and from home.
Bobby's library music is regularly streamed on Radio 1&2 and a variety of European media outlets.

His choral pieces Bugles Sang were the winning entries to the BBC Singers choral composition competition and were performed at St. Paul's, Knightsbridge and recorded by the Singers at BBC Maida Vale Studios.
